Market conditions in which we operate, as well as the BAS EN ISO 9001:2008 standard requirements, which we will follow in coming period, have imposed the need to define the policy and quality goals of our organization. Accordingly, I declare and make obligatory, for all employees, defined as follows:

Quality goals of Medimpex d.o.o. Sarajevo are the following:
– Quality of delivered products and provided services has to meet entirely the needs and expectations of customers
– To gain confidence of our customers and buyers in respect of the quality of our products and services s
– To ensure long-term successful and profitable business of Medimpex d.o.o. Sarajevo
– To ensure satisfaction of both, employees and the owner

In order to achieve these goals, the employees of Medimpex d.o.o. Sarajevo will:
– Perform all operations and activities fulfilling the projected quality goals
– Apply the requirements of the BAS EN ISO 9001: 2008 standard, as well as legal, technical and other applicable regulations.
– Perform only those operations that provide added value without additional costs
– Continuously improve and enhance work processes and the quality of services provided
– Continuously improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system
– Continuously improve the level of knowledge, level of professional skills and competence of the employees.
– Maintain active communication with customers, suppliers and other stakeholders
– Ensure that the salaries of the employees are equivalent to the quality of work tasks performed
