Medimpex d.o.o. is a company with a long tradition in the wholesale of medicines and medical devices on the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina. It was founded in 1989, as the first private wholesale drugstore for the sale of pharmaceutical, chemical products and medical equipment in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Faster expansion and growth of Medimpex d.o.o. Sarajevo was slowed down caused by war on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which took place during 1992 till 1995. At the end of the war, Medimpex again started with its growth and more intensive development which resulted in the fact that Medimpex has profiled itself, in last 10 years, as one of the leading wholesale drugstores in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
